What to Expect
- You will be notified by our team once the referral form is sent by your family doctor.
- We will schedule you with the earliest appointment for your convenience.
- Please stop all antihistamines 5 to 7 days prior to your appointment. Continue asthma inhalers .
- Complete the Patient Intake Form and email to the following email - contact@centralallergy.ca.
